Using our Call connection service costs £6 plus your phone company’s access charge. Included in our service we will text you the company’s main customer service number for your future reference together with the recording of your call which you may find very useful too.
We are not responsible for your phone providers Access Charge. This charge is not set by us and we have no control over it. You need to speak to your phone or mobile provider to understand the costs of calling an 090 number.
For example, some phone companies may charge 50p per minute access charge. This is an additional charge which is charged by your phone company on top of the £6 charged by us.
Please contact your network provider if you wish to find out your network company’s exact charges before using our service.
