Our call connection and record service* connects you to the organisation you need to speak to quickly and automatically records your call so that you don’t need to have a pen and paper handy too. Each landing page on our website provides you with information about the relevant organisation (including their opening times and contact details) and our premium rate connection number (with clear, relevant tariff charge details) you can call. By calling that number, you will hear a recording of the relevant organisation’s direct number to which we will then connect and record the call for your use.
In addition to this, at the end of the call using our premium rate number, we will also send you a SMS text message with the name and direct number of the organisation that we connected you to – you can use this direct number in future to contact the organisation directly, and we’ll provide a link to your call recording which is available to you for 90 days. n.b. we are unable to send you a text message or your call recording if you withhold your mobile phone number.
Please note, calls to our premium rate numbers are chargeable at all times, so please ensure that you check the opening hours of the organisation you are trying to contact before using our service number. In future, you can use the organisation’s direct number provided by us in the SMS text message that is sent to you, access charges may apply.
The Opening hours of the company that you wish to connect to, that we try to provide on our website, are subject to change and Bank Holiday hours may be different.
Customer Service Support is a wholly independent entity and company and is NOT affiliated / associated with any of the organisations that we connect to.
